"Richmond is comprised of many smaller, unique neighbourhoods, each with distinct socioeconomic, cultural, language and healthcare needs. The Richmond Division’s Neighborhood Networks strategy saw the creation of geographically clustered GPs. This paper is part of a series that highlights their processes and learnings specifically on their integration of Allied Health Professionals."
